Now is the perfect time to start planning your Customer Service Week celebration for 2007. Don't let it sneak up on you again. Here are some tools to get you started:
- Select your team members
- Survey all who participated in the 2006 celebration
- The team's first task should be debriefing your 2006 celebration and activities (Survey Results - What went well? - What could have gone better? - What changes need to be made for next year?)
- Get going!
